We ask that you always give at least a 48 hour notice if there are any challenges with your reservation, or if canceling your reservation would make your life easier. With that being said, if any cancellations occurs less than 48 hours before your scheduled reservation, we ask that 50% of that missed reservation be paid for, before scheduling your next reservation. In the case of a 24 hour notice or no show, 100% of your missed reservation is required. We hope that we can always fulfill all of your hair needs, but in order to do so, we must live balanced, and hair-filled lives. We appreciate your respect for our time, as much as we respect yours.
